Dr Toonz was born in the summer of 1998 as one half of Magic Toonz, an interactive music and magic show.  They performed throughout the 1998 and 1999 seasons at Upper Clements Park as well schools in the Kings County Area.  In the summer of 2000, Magician Edgar Shimmer left to join the Canadian Armed forces.  Dr Toonz went into semi retirement until the arrival of Kiki in 2003. Later additions to our little family include Samo and Kelpo who arrived fully inflated in 2006.

Now focusing on balloon sculpting Dr Toonz makes more than just your basic dog and hat! cats, mice, giraffes, elephants, rabbits, flowers, reindeer, bumble bees, turtles, butterflies, bracelets and many more!

Dr. Toonz can twist a maximum of 50 regular designs or 25 elaborate designs in 1 hour.
